Showcase For Mosquito Week This Friday

The Ministry of Health and Wellness, through the Vector Control Unit, will host a showcase for Mosquito Week 2025, this Friday, May 9, at Golden Square Freedom Park, Fairchild Street, St. Michael, between 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.

On display will be:

• Live mosquitoes at various stages of development
• Mosquito surveillance equipment by Vector Control Unit
• Mosquito controls by Protox
• Mosquito controls by Rentokil

There will also be giveaways for finding mosquitoes on the mosquito trail compliments of Mimosas, KFC, and Rolling Stoves. All are invited to attend.
